A little bit about him is that he loves cuddles and is used to having free reign of the house including free access to the sofas and beds. He is most definately a dog that is used to his home comforts.
Due to his operations to repair his cruciate ligaments he cannot walk too far and 20 minutes per day is more than sufficient as he can still get a bit stiff (he has been given the all clear from the Royal Vet College but will never be a dog for long distance walking).
He dislikes being outside for prolonged periods of time unless he is sunbathing when he is known to spend a good few hours sunning himself. He really is a gentle giant and rarely barks even though he is very vocal when laying down and being stroked behind his ears, but this is just loud groans.
